Collection and storage of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of their use

When visiting the website

When you visit www.maxxys.de/ www.maxxys.com/www.maxxys.net  , the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us through our website. It is necessary to provide your name and a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent. 
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

Registration for events

By submitting an application via our registration form, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved. At the time of sending the application, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of the registration will be saved. For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the sending process and reference is made to this privacy policy.

Recording and publishing photos 

It is possible that photos will be taken during the event where they can be seen or recognized. These photos can be used for the public relations work of MAXXYS AG and published in online and offline media and publications. For the admission and publication of photos, a consent of the visitor is obtained during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy.
