Your tasks
Establishment, management and sustainable further development of a qualified Broadcom sales pipeline with the aim of stable and predictable sales growth
Acquisition, support and strategic development of existing and new customers in the Broadcom environment to establish long-term, value-creating customer relationships
Holistic customer consulting with a clear business focus in order to position MAXXYS as a strategic consulting partner and not as a pure product provider
Close and targeted cooperation with presales, consulting and Broadcom to ensure efficient, scalable sales processes and high deal quality
Active contribution to the strategic development of Broadcom’s business and to the long-term strengthening of MAXXYS’ market position
What you bring with you
Experience in IT solution sales (software, platforms, cloud or IT services)
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in an understandable way and to sell them successfully
Experience in enterprise sales (multiple stakeholders, C-level, long sales cycles)
Strong pipeline discipline and closing reliability
Experience in bid preparation and price negotiations (incl. RFI/RFP tenders)
Very good communicative and consultative sales style in German and English (at least C1)
Professional appearance at customer appointments – remote and on-site
Confident handling of MS365 applications (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) in day-to-day work
High level of self-organization and willingness to travel
Desirable: Experience with Broadcom products (Automic, Layer7, DX AIOps, NetOps), MuleSoft, ServiceNow, contacts in the DACH Enterprise environment and experience in manufacturer sales
