It’s official. MAXXYS AG is now part of GBC Holding GmbH.
The merger will expand the group’s expertise to include topics such as IT service management, endpoint management and protection, and IT operations and automation.
Bernhard Bock, founder and CEO of MAXXYS AG, will continue to manage the business. The group has so far included intellecom GmbH and Pohl Consulting Team GmbH (PCT), which also continue to operate independently under their familiar names. Resources such as sales, marketing, human resources and recruiting are bundled to make the best possible use of them.
GBC Holding GmbH, based in Sindelfingen (BW), is positioning itself for digitization in the SME sector through the merger of innovative and technologically oriented companies, focusing on services and products in the areas of Cloud & Infrastructure, Modern Work, IT Outsourcing and IT Security & Compliance. Together with MAXXYS AG , the Group is taking a further step in this direction and adding to its portfolio.
