Your tasks
- You start in the service desk
- Packaging and distribution of client applications
- Responsibility for problem definitions, development of independent solution and implementation proposals for application and infrastructure development in IT
- plan, install and analyze IT systems
- Administration and use of endpoint management systems (CA, Ivanti, Baramundi, SCCM or similar)
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT technician (m/f/d)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, the Office packages, Exchange and a monitoring system.
- Experience in client management and service desk desirable
- Conscientiousness and diligent as well as goal- and solution-oriented work style
- Independent work and processing of extensive problems
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Ability to work in a team
